BreathChamps offers FREE1 hour guided forest baths throughout Trafford:

• Sale: Every Thursday at 2 - 3pm, in or around Coppice Avenue Library (with tea and biscuits!) 

• Stretford: Last Sunday in the month, 2.30 - 3.30pm

We welcome anyone - no matter where you live!
We also welcome community workers who want to understand what forest bathing is, so that you can signpost people to us.
People can self refer, or be signposted

We do a brief wellbeing assessment when you start.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children or pets.
