• Sale: Every Thursday at 2 - 3pm, in or around Coppice Avenue Library (with tea and biscuits!) 

• Stretford: Last Sunday in the month, 2.30 - 3.30pm 

• Partington - Monthly on Sundays 2.00 - 3.00pm

• Timperley - Monthly on Mondays 1.30 - 2.30pm

• Old Trafford Monthly on Saturdays 11.00am - 12.00md

We welcome anyone - no matter where you live!
We also welcome community workers who want to understand what forest bathing is, so that you can signpost people to us.
People can self refer, or be signposted

We do a brief wellbeing assessment when you start.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children or pets, other than assistance dogs.
