A bit unsteady and breathless?
Accessible, ballroom and Latin American dancing that you can do seated or standing

Dance Easy continues after BreathChamps
Dance Easy was developed by BreathChamps to make dance and movement accessible to people who may find traditional exercise difficult.
We are pleased that the classes are continuing after the closure of BreathChamps. They are now being delivered by Felix Rowan Young (tel 07545 925996) and his professional dance school, so that people in Trafford can continue to enjoy ballroom and Latin American dancing in a welcoming and fully accessible environment.
