We have Dance Easy classes in 2 locations in Trafford:

 

  • Tuesdays (weekly) 10.30am, Limelight Health and Wellbeing Hub,1 St Brides Way, Old Trafford M16 9NW FREE

  • Wednesdays (weekly) 12.30pm, Sale West Youth Centre, Newbury Avenue M33 4QW £1

PLUS sheltered housing and residential homes can book us to do demonstrations and classes (see below)

  • Clinically supervised by Heather Henry

 

Ever wanted to do 'Strictly Come Dancing'? You can!

Use walking aids? You can stand or sit to dance

Learn any ballroom or Latin American dance, at the right pace for you!

It doesn't matter where you live - we welcome everybody!

All classes are fully disabled accessible.

Specifically designed for those who:

  • Are unsteady on their feet

  • Lack confidence to exercise

  • Have COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease and more

  • Use oxygen

  • Use walking aids or are a wheelchair user

 

This is an ideal form of exercise to start:​

  • Before or after pulmonary rehabilitation

  • After a falls assessment and to continue stability work

How to join:

  • You can self refer to Dance Easy - we advise that you check with your GP or physio that you are okay to start if you have a long term condition

Dance Easy on Tour

If you run a sheltered housing scheme or residential home within 10 miles of Sale (M33) you can request a 1 hour Dance Easy class for your residents (£50)
